The Best Shrimp Burgers Ingredients (2 Servings):

  • 12 oz Shrimp (Chopped)

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 cup (30g) of Panko

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp red pepper flake

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°

  2. In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until finely chopped but not pureed.

  3. In a large bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, chives, red pepper flake, parsley, and salt until well combined.

  4. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.

  5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little bit of olive or avocado oil.

  6. Cook the shrimp patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Transfer the shrimp patties to a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
